Updates - Please Read
Ceremony to start at 4:30. Please arrive to parking lot by 4:15 to walk down to location together. We will have a few quick group photos after the ceremony. The hors d'oeuvres location has been updated, please check below. New location is across the street from the ceremony site. Weather will be cool, please come prepared with jackets/coats. All activities will be outdoors.
The Proposal
Summer 2023 and we're in the UK touring around using various motor styles. We had spent a rainy week in Scotland visiting the highland and coast in a campervan. After a quick train ride south, we picked up a motorcycle to tour England and Wales while staying in a quaint cottage on a Llama farm. July 7th we had done a large loop around western England and into eastern Wales making stops to see the country side and small towns. Some roads were barely 6 ft wide with 10 ft tall hedges on either side, it made for some tricky maneuvering when cars were coming the other way. We stopped into a town full of bookstores for some lunch, and got ice cream at the top of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park overlooking the vast countryside of Wales. After a long day on the motorcycle, we came back to the llama farm to make dinner together. I had successfully convinced Sean to put me on his shoulders so I could see the baby llamas playing together, they were adorable! Then with only the llamas as our witness, Sean held me in his arms and told me about the life he wanted us to build together and asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes! We're excited that together there will always been Good-Days ahead.

Off-Roading

We'll be doing some back country exploring Wednesday afternoon. We have plenty of seats open if you'd like to see the open Moab desert. We'll pack a lunch for the road, and be back in town for Dinner.

If you're in town, join us for a pre-wedding dinner. We'll meet at the bottom of the hill at 6:45p and take the free shuttle to the restaurant. Our reservation is for the outdoor patio, bring a jacket.

Ceremony

Park in the trailhead parking lot, vault toilets are located in the parking lot. Ceremony will take place on the sandstone rocks just a quick 3-4 minutes walk away. Dogs are welcome.
Hors D'oeuvre
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

After the ceremony, we'll have hors d'oeuvres and lawn games at the campsite to enjoy while Sean & Melissa take a few photos together. Anyone is welcome to camp here Thursday-Friday morning.

After hors d'oeuvres and pictures, we'll head to Proper Brewing for dinner on their patio. They have gluten free and vegan options. The patio is dog-friendly.

Mountain Biking

Sean will be mountain biking a portion of the Whole Enchilada Trail Friday morning, a strenuous downhill trail through gorgeous landscapes. We can help arrange a bike and a shuttle if you'd like to join.

Solar Eclipse

On our way out of town, we will be detouring through Torrey, UT to see the solar eclipse in the path of totality. We'll update here with the exact spot we'll be, feel free to join us!

Arches National Park

Stunning views overlooking canyons. No advance reservations required. No dogs allowed.

Float the Colorado River
There are several boat ramps along the Colorado river so you can float for as long or as short as you would like. We're happy to help arrange shuttles if needed.
