The first time Brandon and I met, believe it or not, he was dating one of my friends (LOL) but it's okay because she is married now! Anyway, we met through our current church's youth ministry when we were both freshman in high school. The first couple of years of knowing each other was just that, we were just aware of each other. But, over the years we became best friends and through mutual circles we pretty much did everything together! The best part is that Brandon has always liked me but I was playing hard to getš So then our journey begins... We went from Brandon liking me and me not liking him to phases where I liked him and he was NOT interested. The funniest part is looking back, being just his "friend" I would get so jealous when he would go on dates with other girls but then play it off because I was oblivious to my feelings. Then February a couple of years ago comes around and I was sitting on the ski lift at Stevens Pass and after looking at one of Brandon's Instagram posts, I realized how much I liked him. After some funny and awkward conversations about how dating was going to work and from a lot of respected leaders in our lives believing in us, Brandon asked me out! Which leads to us getting engaged... I had always thought I was never going to get quickly engaged and then I asked Brandon if we could go ring shopping about a year and a half in to our relationship (LOL). Then on November 24th he tricked me by telling me we were getting Christmas pictures, got down on one knee, and asked me to marry him! As cheesy as it is, it was literally the easiest yes I have ever committed to!

Hotel
Here is the booking for the resort! if you have any questions feel free to reach out to me or Brandon!
Flight
There are two different options to get to Key West: Miami International airport has more options but you would have to rent a car for a three hour road trip down to Key West. The road trip is really beautiful by the way. Or you can fly into Key West International Airport directly and it's a ten minute drive to the resort. The flights are more expensive and if you are flying from Seattle, you will need to make a connection on any airline. Ultimately it is up to you!
Maid of Honor
Mackenzie is not only my maid of honor but my best friend for life! Her and I have been stuck at the hip together since we were three years old and I would not have it any other way! Through every season especially this special one she has been there supporting Brandon and I! Could not have chosen anybody better to be by my side on my special day
Best Man
Johnny and I met in our first year of internship at Venture Church. It was not until he moved in with my parents and I that we became best friends. We quickly became best friends and have done a lot of life together. From being interns together, working together, being roommates and going on multiple trips. There would not be anyone else I could think of to be my best man! Big Dawg!
There are a ton of activities included in the resort fee that you can be a part of! Use of kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycle is available at the Tiki Hut between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Resort fee includes two hours of complimentary rental per day, per guest.
This is the restaurant and pool service at the resort, Brandon and I have had the food and it is to die for! So if you are feeling lazy and want to stay at the resort do not worry because you will still be eating good!
I believe the resort has bike rentals but this is a great place to rent bikes for the day! Use of kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycle is available at the Tiki Hut between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Resort fee includes two hours of complimentary rental per day, per guest.
Golf carts and electric cars are also available and they can drop them off at the hotel for you!
This shuttle is great to have it runs to downtown Key West hassle-free. The shuttle departs the resort at the top of the hour at the Tiki Hut between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m., with hourly drop-off and pick-up in front of the Waterfront Brewery in downtown Key West between 9:25 a.m. and 11:25 p.m.
This place is further away from the resort but it is super cute and they have great coffee! If some want to partake in shopping this is by the main down town area
This place is often recommended by locals for brunch!
