Directions to the Wedding Reception at The HIDEOUT: Please proceed to Kuhio Avenue and locate the Laylow Hotel. For entry, you will find an elevator or escalator that will take you directly into the hotel. Once upstairs, you will immediately veer right into the reception venue. Please bring a valid photo ID to grant access. There will be a guest list so please DO NOT forget to RSVP!

Travel

Guest traveling from out of town are encouraged to stay in Waikiki or Kailua. For those choosing to stay in Waikiki, we have reserved a room block at The Laylow. We recommend booking as early as availability is limited.

We've reserved a block of rooms at The Laylow hotel for our guests at a special rate. Please make sure to book your stay by April 24 to take advantage of the discount. When you open the link, you’ll be able to check availability for the group room rates. However, the displayed rate will show as $280/night, which includes a $35 destination fee. Please rest assured that the actual rate remains $245/night with the $15 discounted destination fee. The website automatically populates the standard destination fee, making the rate appear higher than it actually is. However, the credit card will not be charged at the time of booking, and all guests will receive the correct discounted rate.

From I do to Ocean Blue!

What to do after the I do's? Who's ready for the Sandbar!? We have a great day planned, May 17th, Saturday to continue celebrating and soaking up the sun. We will be launching from Kaneohe Yacht Club at 12:00pm, so please plan to meet by 11:30am or earlier- NO EXCEPTIONS. Captain is leaving on time, we don't want anyone to be left behind! It's BYOB and snacks, so please bring your favorites. We'll be out on the water for about 4 hours, then heading back to the Gallaghers to hang poolside. We would love for you to be there! Please let me know asap if you're in so I can make sure you've got a spot on the boat. Can't wait to see you all!

Can I bring a plus one or kids?

Answer

We love your little ones and your favorite people-but due to limited space, we're only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and can join us for a fun, adults-only celebration!

Where should I park?

Answer

There will be limited valet parking available at the venue on a first come, first served basis. We recommend guests park at the international market place parking lot, which is a short walk away from both venues.
