How we met!
We started talking through Instagram back in July of 2016, yeah 2016! After months of chatting on the phone, we finally met. We met at Scherer Park in Long Beach. After the third time meeting, we changed scenery. Gil invited me to go on our first official date to the movies. We watched Boo! A Madea Halloween at the Cinemark in Downey. After the movie, we went to a dine-in pizza hut. We were both so shy and only ate one slice of pizza. It was such a beautiful date, we connected so well that we went on many more dates and adventures together.

The Pike Outlets
There are various things to do here at the Pike. There are stores to shop at, such as Forever 21, H&M, Nike, and more. There is also a movie theater! Across the street from the outlet, there are also a variety of food choices to grab a bite from!
Lakewood Center
This is our local mall. Inside is Gisel's favorite frozen yogurt place, Wild Berry! There is also an arcade and a bowling alley upstairs if you'd like to get your game on! Not to mention, there's a Costco right next door!
Aquarium of the Pacific

There are multiple stores and restaurants in the mall and even around the area! There's a Chick-fil-A, a Cheesecake Factory & also a movie theater inside!

This was the first bar we went to. At this bar, we celebrated Gisel's 21st birthday!
Panama Joe's - Long Beach
Funny story, we were going to celebrate Gisel's 21st birthday here, but Gil's I.D. was expired so they did not let us in. So to Legend's, we went.

Yes, the dress code is formal. A friendly reminder to refrain from wearing the colors white, champagne, eucalyptus green & blush pink.

We suggest arriving 15 mins before the ceremony start time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is parking at both the church (ceremony) & at the reception. Ceremony: there is parking next to the church itself & across from the church, next to the parish hall. Reception: There is a parking lot in front of the reception. You can also park at the church parking lot next door to the reception. And additional parking can be found at an entrance on Starr St.
