Jonathan and I knew of each other in I.S 303, same blue Superman sweatshirt worn by Jon , and I wore the same turtle neck sweater. But in Lincoln High school where teens are just being teens we gravitated towards each other , awkward style, 2000s rock bands, baseball and softball. We shared our first kiss at age 16 . But as typical high school kids embarking in their own journey discovering themselves in a life where they had no say and felt no control , we parted ways after Lincoln H.S. Time went on , Jon reached out to just say hi , and I screamed in shock that it was him and that I was still a thought in his mind. We met up, shared a kiss and now 14 years later , we created a big family not just with the Lopez/Garcia and Schorr family but also with all of our friends. We are excited for our long awaited celebration of such an amazing love story we continue to live everyday.
