Join us for a very informal welcome event at the hotel! Harrison and Grace will be serving up sweet treats for all our guests who would like to hang out and mingle before the wedding. Vegan options will be available as well! Room number TBA, but the front desk will be able to provide the info at check in and the evening of the ice cream social!

San José Mineta International Airport
The San José Airport (SJC) is an 8 minute drive from Santa Clara University! From SJC, you can take the free VTA shuttle service to the Santa Clara Station, which is just across the street from campus and our hotel block. The shuttle stops every 15 minutes and makes a continuous loop between the Airport (both terminal A and B), the Metro Light Rail station and the Santa Clara Station.

We went here to see Methuselah, an 1,800 year old redwood! Beautiful, peaceful trails!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive around 2:40 PM to make sure you are seated and comfortable before the ceremony starts promptly at 3 PM. The Mission will be open for guests to enter beginning at 2 PM if you’d like to settle in a little earlier. Thank you so much for joining us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
You are welcome to park at Santa Clara University’s North Parking Garage or at the American Legion and its additional parking spaces across the street. Both are free! You can also leave your vehicle at the Sonesta Suites if you’re staying there and walk everywhere!

My name isn’t popping up on the RSVP. What should I do?
Answer
Not to worry--there’s a possibility we typed your name in differently! Please let us know if you're having issues and if you would prefer a different name or format of your name for seating chart purposes!
