Our Story
Greg & Danielle met each other in 2020 at VCU Health. Greg swears he fell in love with Danielle after seeing her walk out of triage room 2 for the first time. Over the span of two years they became friends and spoke to each other while working. When Danielle left VCU in 2022 they thought they wouldn’t hear from each other again. However, God had other plans. Many paths were crossed in the meantime unknowingly by either of them. They later added each other on Facebook and caught up with one another. They realized how much they had in common and bonded over similar hardships they had gone through in life. On March 19, 2023 Greg and Danielle spent the evening doing what they love to do. Relaxing by a fire in the backyard with their pup Maverick. They spent the evening under the stars by the fire slow dancing to love songs, roasting marshmallows, and talking about the future. Greg got on one knee in their backyard by the fire and asked her to spend the rest of their life together. Danielle of course said Yes! They proceeded to FaceTime their parents and friends and tell them the good news!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Ceremony and Reception are at the same venue! It is handicapped accessible, with handicapped parking.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! You can find those on our travel tab! The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the Inn at Blackstone we do have a set number of rooms for our guest there with discounted rates! Please contact Danielle or Greg for the discount code.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive 10-15 mins prior to ceremony starting. This way you can find a seat and not miss the main event!

What should I wear?
Answer
The attire for our wedding is semi formal. Semi Formal is considered to be “dressy casual” — which can be viewed as a weekend version of business casual. Think: flowy dresses, simple suit jackets, and timeless silhouettes. If you are wanting to Dress up for this fun occasion Black Tie is optional for guest!
