What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal attire. Woman: A dress or dressy suit with a dressy top, with heels, strappy sandals, flats, or dress shoes may also be worn. Sparkling gemstones, pearls, and dressy fashion jewelry are all appropriate. Men: relaxed with a blazer, matching dress pants or a 2-piece suit, along with a dress shirt and in most cases, a tie. Or dress shirt with dress pants. Or a polo with dress pants.

Ceremony will be held outdoors. Reception will be held indoors.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the celebration started as scheduled! Ceremony will start at 4:30PM

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Drinks and food will be served at the reception. Food will be from Fort Worth’s very own, Dayne’s Craft BBQ. It will be a buffet style, served by the caterers.

Yes there will be an open bar. Drinks on us!

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Parking is available for guests in the parking lot in front of the A Thousand Cedars venue.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

RSVP deadline will be September 16th to be able to finalize food catering count. Please RSVP online using the QR code or finding the RSVP section on our wedding website.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

There will be a shuttle available upon request for wheelchair or handicapped individuals.

Answer

Children MUST be supervised at all times. A Thousand Cedars Staff is not responsible for the well-being, care or supervision of children in attendance. The Client, The Planner and/or parents, will be given warning only once of unsupervised children. A subsequent warning will result in loss of security deposit.
