How do I RSVP and by when?

Once we send out the formal invitations, there will be a QR code where you can RSVP. Once we open our RSVP, we kindly ask that you confirm your attendance by January 15th, 2026. If you, or anyone in your party, are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know by January 1st, 2026. Can I bring a plus one?

Given the capacity of our venue, we have a limited amount of guests able to attend. For that reason, please DO NOT bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Although we adore your little ones, we’re keeping our celebration mostly adults-only. We kindly ask that only children SPECIFICALLY named on the RSVP join us for the festivities Aunque adoramos a vuestros pequeños, nuestra celebración será principalmente para adultos. Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Our full Ceremony and Reception will be outdoors, unless weather changes the plans. Weather will be CHILLY once the night time hits, we do recommend a coat to put on during the outdoor reception and dinner. Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

No. We are having a strict "unplugged" ceremony. We are asking that all phones are silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our day and we would hate for their shots to have phones in them! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! No. Tendremos una ceremonia completamente desconectada. What happens if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by January 15th, 2026, it will be marked as a "no". We will miss celebrating with you, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue at a set date and thus cannot accept late RSVPs. Si no recibimos confirmación de asistencia antes del 15 de Enero de 2026, se considerará como no poder asistir. Lamentaremos no poder celebrar con ustedes, pero debemos proporcionar al local el número total de invitados en una fecha determinada y, por lo tanto, no podemos aceptar confirmaciones tardías.
