They met at Byron High School in a very nerdy English class. A 16 year old Jill asked a 17 year old Brian on a date, then Brian asked Jill on many dates after. They've been together ever since - through college and graduate school at the University of Minnesota, Bertram family vacations, Gelle holidays, some of life's tough events, and many, many of it's happiest occasions. It's difficult to summarize 12 years of a relationship succinctly, but it's easy to say "it's finally time to get married!"
