Michael & I met in July of 2019. We connected from the beginning.. talked for hours & days before finally meeting. When we finally met, everything seemed just right, like re-connecting with a very old, dear friend again.. We told stories, & laughed… amused & amazed by our similar paths in life. We have probably talked every day since then.. we are best friends, who are lucky enough to also be in love. Maintaining a long distance relationship for over 4 yrs takes work.. but we always made it work, & never questioned it. We took turns traveling back & forth, as often as possible. When we weren’t together, we were always in touch with each other. On August 28th, 2023, on my Mothers birthday, he proposed, and we’ve been working on the details since.. Our love has deepened over the years, & We’re blessed that God lead us to each other ❤️
