Guest Arrival
2:45 pm - 3:45 pm
Guests may begin arriving at the venue around 2:45 PM. All guests that wish to attend the ceremony must be in their seats at the ceremony site by 3:50 PM. Please allow adequate timing for parking (parking will be available on-property) and getting to your seat, as the ceremony site will be towards the back of the property's meadow. There are no "sides" in terms of seating - feel free to sit where you'd like. Our coordinator can help you find a seat if you need assistance.
Wedding Day

Your RSVP to this event accounts for all wedding day events (guest arrival, ceremony, and reception). Please see our Schedule page for an overview of all wedding day events. Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Join us in the meadow for the wedding of Garret Katz and Ashlyn Roy, officiated by Rabbi Sirkman. Water and paper fans will be provided at the ceremony site. Note from the couple: We ask that all guests please respect our wish for an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a lovely team of photographers to capture this moment and would like to keep this part of the evening phone-free. You are welcome to take as many pictures or videos as you'd like outside of the ceremony, but please have phones and other devices put away at the ceremony site.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Enjoy refreshing beverages and passed hors d'oeuvres before the reception kicks off. Cheers!
Dinner
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Grab a bite at one of our self-serve wedding buffets. Cake will be served towards the end of the dinner service, and non-alcoholic drink options include water, tea, lemonade, or soda. Our open bar, including the bride and groom's signature drinks, will remain open until 10:30pm.
Celebration!
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Join us on the dance floor to celebrate and dance the night away! We are working to secure group transportation - stay tuned! Otherwise, we encourage groups and families carpool if possible. All guests that are not staying on the property must leave by 11:00 PM. Thank you for respecting our venue's policies.
