Our special day
When Rob and I first met, we immediately knew that this would be something special. Through our travels and adventures, hardships and celebrations, our relationship has only continued to grow and deepen. We are excited to celebrate spending the rest of our lives together with those who are the most special to us. We can't wait to see everyone there!
Schedule
• July 18th, 2025
We will have a welcome party at Suncadia Lodge for all of our guests to come and enjoy hors d'eouvres and drinks with us the evening before our wedding. It will start at 6p on the Strawberry Lawn at Suncadia Lodge.
•July 19th, 2025
The ceremony promptly starts at 4 P.M. located in Suncadia Lodge at The Lookout.
Cocktail hour and the reception will be held in Suncadia Inn from 5 P.M. until 10 P.M.
After party - We will have late night snacks and more drinks to enjoy after the reception for everyone that is available to spend time with us for a little longer!

Travel
Suncadia Resort is located in Cle Elum, Washington. It is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from SeaTac airport so we recommend renting a car to get there.
Our ceremony will be held just outside of the main lodge of Suncadia resort at The Lookout (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZEN8JioUovTEK8VR9).
Afterwards, cocktail hour, the reception, and the afterparty will be held outside of the Inn at Suncadia (https://maps.app.goo.gl/5dvXH7mUKRPFSLMZA), which is approximately a 10 minute stroll through a paved walkway in the woods from the ceremony site. We will also have a shuttle available to take guests to/from the reception area. In addition, there are plenty of parking spots available in both sites for those that would prefer to drive.
We have also fully booked Suncadia Inn for our guests to stay in during the weekend. Continue below for details regarding accommodations!
Accommodations
We have booked two hotels for our guests with a discounted rate:
•Suncadia Inn
The reception and after party will be held here and we have booked the whole Inn for the entire weekend!
Cost: $389/night for a single king or two double beds. Suites are available for $429/night. 2 night minimum.
To book, you must call 866-904-6300 and reserve under the "Garcia Sterling Wedding" or G-L4G2 room block. This cannot be booked online.
Make sure you're booking the INN, and not the Lodge.
•Best Western Snowcap Lodge
It is a 12 minute drive to/from Suncadia Resort. There is no minimum night stay here!
Cost: $190 per night (excluding tax). There are different types of rooms - single kings, double queens, suites. All of the rooms are the same price.

•Suncadia Lodge
Suncadia Lodge is also available and is close to the Inn. We do not have a block here, but there is no minimum night stay required.

Welcome party: Dressy casual
Wedding: Semi-formal attire
• Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both the wedding and reception will be outdoors.
• Are kids allowed?
Yes, for our out-of-town guests! For those that live in Washington, please let us know if you'd like to bring your children.
• Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence on our special day is already such a gift to us! If you feel compelled to give us a wedding gift, we would be overjoyed with a contribution towards our honeymoon or house renovation fund.
