Our special day
When Rob and I first met, we immediately knew that this would be something special. Through our travels and adventures, hardships and celebrations, our relationship has only continued to grow and deepen. We are excited to celebrate spending the rest of our lives together with those who are the most special to us. We can't wait to see everyone there!
Schedule
• July 18th, 2025
We will have a welcome party at Suncadia Lodge for all of our guests to come and enjoy hors d'eouvres and drinks with us the evening before our wedding. It will start at 7p on the Strawberry Lawn at Suncadia Lodge.
•July 19th, 2025
The ceremony promptly starts at 4 P.M. located in Suncadia Lodge at The Lookout. Seating is open starting at 3:30p.
Cocktail hour and the reception will be held in Suncadia Inn from 5 P.M. until 10 P.M.
After party - We will have late night snacks and more drinks to enjoy after the reception for everyone that is available to spend time with us for a little longer!

Travel (Pt. 1)
Suncadia Resort is located in Cle Elum, Washington. It is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from SeaTac airport so we recommend renting a car to get there.
• Welcome Party
The welcome party will be at the Strawberry Lawn in the back of Suncadia Lodge (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZEN8JioUovTEK8VR9). Go through the main entrance and exit through the back.
• Ceremony
The ceremony will be held at the Lookout just outside of Suncadia Lodge (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZEN8JioUovTEK8VR9). There is a paved pathway on the right side of the building. Follow the signs to the ceremony site.
Travel (Pt. 2)
• Reception
The reception will be held at Suncadia Inn (https://maps.app.goo.gl/5MXcGuucwdd8sK4G8). Go through the main entrance and exit through the back of the building. To get to the reception site from the ceremony, guests can either drive or take a 10 minute stroll. For guests staying at the Inn, we have a shuttle available to take guests to and from the ceremony. Parking
There is plenty of parking in both the Lodge and the Inn.
Shuttle
For our guests staying at the Inn, pick up times for the shuttle is as follows:
3:25p, 3:30p
There will be a shuttle after the ceremony to take guests to the reception site.

• What is the dress code?
Welcome party: Dressy casual
Wedding: Semi-formal attire
• Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both the wedding and reception will be outdoors.
• Are kids allowed?
Yes, for our out-of-town guests! For those that live in Washington, please let us know if you'd like to bring your children.
• Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence on our special day is already such a gift to us! If you feel compelled to give us a wedding gift, we would be overjoyed with a contribution towards our honeymoon or house renovation fund.
