When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 31, 2024 You may RSVP on our website! The RSVP section will be available after formal invitations have been sent out. If you are having difficulty with this, please feel free to reach out to the Bride or Groom.

If your kids were on the RSVP they are invited! We just ask that you keep an eye on them as there will be alcohol and yard games!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We are having a ‘select’ open bar, so please plan accordingly and drink responsibly! Tips are not required, but encouraged! Please take advantage of our hotel block and shuttle!

Is the venue inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) the reception will be both inside and outside. There is AC of course and the back grass area shades first!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn. However, if you prefer to explore other lodging, The Best Western is also only 5 minutes from the venue and there are plenty other hotels to choose from in the Provo area as well!

The group rate for the Holiday Inn is valid until July 15, 2024

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle van available from the Holiday Inn and the venue all night. It seats 15 people, so he will be making multiple trips if needed. If you’re invited and attending the ceremony the pick up is at 3:30 at the Holiday Inn. If you’re attending the reception the pick up is at 5:40 at the holiday Inn. The hotel and venue are only 5 minutes away, but we encourage anyone who wants to drink to utilize the shuttle!
