Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at Staybridge Suites Baltimore. Please use the booking link provided on your invitation and on the travel section of our website. This block discount includes transportation to and from the venue on the day of our wedding.

Is there a shuttle service?

If you booked a room using the block discount or booking link provided, there will be a shuttle bus that will take our wedding guests to and from the hotel and venue on the day of our wedding.

Will there be a ceremony?

Yes, the ceremony is at the same location as the wedding. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you are seated on time.

What kind of food will be served?

After the ceremony we will have an appetizer station as well as hot appetizers that will be served. Dinner will be a mixed green salad followed by a dual protein entree of carne asada, rice, salmon with lemon dill sauce, veggies, and mashed potatoes. If you have any specific dietary restrictions please let us know directly so that we can accommodate.

Yes, we will have an open bar of beer and wine only. We will also be offering our specialty cocktail all night.
