There will be cocktail and beer options for the guests. There will also be a BBQ style dinner for all guests who RSVP for the reception.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 doors will be closed then. You are welcome to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts to get settled in.
Yes there is dress code BLACK,DOES NOT HAVE TO BE SOLID BLACK. Style the best way I could describe it is cocktail wear. Does not have to be black tie or suit or a ball gown, but something dressy. ABSOLUTELY NO WHITE! For our photos we would love our guests to be in black thank you in advance.
On most invitations we have provided a plus one for those who have a signifigant other if you see that you don't have a plus one and need one please contact us. We do have a limited capacity for the venue so I think we have thought of everyone who needs a plus one but if we have forgotten please just give us a call or shoot us a text at the message to the number listed below!
Children are welcome we have a slew of them ourselves and we have already counted them in for the reception for the meal, so if you DO plan on LEAVING after the ceremony please let us know ASAP or when you RSVP by August 31st.
If you are traveling for the wedding first thank you so much! If you are in search of a hotel in town there is a Best Western and a Holiday Inn locally, I will say that when the family of the bride comes they usually stay at the Best Western and seem to enjoy their service. However if you are traveling with children and are looking to keep them occupied there is an indoor pool at the Holiday Inn, where as Best Western has an only the outdoor pool just something to keep in mind for the November weather. If you have any trouble finding a place to stay please contact us we would love to help to the best of our abilities.
Please make us aware of any food allergies that you have ASAP the quicker we know about it the quicker we can make an arrangement of something different for you or simply remove the item. We are having Bbq style menu for the reception, the menu will also be posted on our website for you to have a look at and see if there is anything you see that would be a problem for you or your family thank you in advance for letting us know!
There is parking available for the wedding and reception as they both will be hosted at the same venue the parking will be located in the front of the building. Their will be signage leading up to the venue to follow to exactly where you need!
