Do I really need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes! If you do not RSVP we will not be able to put your name on our list for security to check, and we won’t have a seat designated for you either.

Is there parking at the Venue?

Answer

Yes there is parking available at the venue, since we are downtown you can leave your cars there while you walk around downtown but cars must be removed before 5am Monday morning due to it being a workday. Otherwise there is a risk of cars being towed.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only (except for children in the wedding party) so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & Guest” if a plus one has been accounted for.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our plan is to have our ceremony outside in the garden, and then set up the reception outside in the quadrangle. There is an indoor backup plan just incase!

What is the dress code?

We aren’t too picky it’s a dressy casual, no shorts or jeans that have holes. We are having a rustic botanical theme if that helps!

We will be having a BBQ style wedding, with chicken, turkey and pulled pork.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:30 so you can enjoy the garden and guest book signing in the fireplace room with the ceremony starting at 5:00.

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?

Answer

Yes please! We encourage photo taking, just be mindful of our photographers. We will have a QR code that guests can use to share photos with us on a digital album without having to download a app!

Are there any hotel blocks?

Answer

No, as of now we only have a couple of guests who are from out of town so we listed some hotels close by but did not block any off.
