How We Met
We met at a random house party back in May of 2014 and were introduced by a mutual friend! The chemistry was immediately there, but the timing wasn’t right. Kelvy moved to Florida for med school two months later. Over the years, we would run into each other and intentionally see each other whenever Kelvy came home during the holidays, but we both knew we could never be anything serious because of school and the distance, so we remained friends. Kelvy was blessed to do his residency in his hometown, Las Vegas, and during his last year of residency, we decided to give our relationship a chance! On May 17, 2020 we began courting and by May 17, 2023 we were engaged! You could say we were always meant to be together!
Cómo Nos Conocimos
¡Nos conocimos en una fiesta en una casa al azar en mayo de 2014 y nos presentó un amigo en común! La química estuvo ahí de inmediato, pero el momento no era el adecuado. Kelvy se mudó a Florida para estudiar medicina dos meses después. A lo largo de los años, nos encontrábamos y nos veíamos intencionalmente cada vez que Kelvy llegaba a casa durante las vacaciones, pero ambos sabíamos que nunca podríamos ser nada serio debido a la escuela y la distancia, así que seguimos siendo amigos. Kelvy tuvo la suerte de hacer su residencia en su ciudad natal, Las Vegas, y durante su último año de residencia, ¡decidimos darle una oportunidad a nuestra relación! ¡El 17 de mayo de 2020 comenzamos a salir y el 17 de mayo de 2023 estábamos comprometidos! ¡Se podría decir que siempre estuvimos destinados a estar juntos!

We will be flying in to Jose Maria Cordova International Airport (MDE) on Tuesday, June 11th on Jet Blue. Our first flight is Flight 608 on Monday, June 10 at 11:59pm from LAS to FLL. Then, taking Flight 41 on Tuesday, June 11 at 9:47am from FLL to MDE. We land in MDE on Tuesday, June 11 at 12:16pm.

We highly suggest downloading the app Waze on your mobile devices, if you don’t already have it. Apple and Google Maps aren’t easily used.

This was a speakeasy we accidentally walked into! It’s a restaurant from the front, but has a secret entrance in the back that takes you into a nightclub!
