North Lake Tahoe or Reno would be the closest :)

Our Journey

Our coworkers said we’d be a great match but the timing wasn’t right- until a spontaneous ski day at Heavenly changed everything. With just a handful of chats between us, we packed up and met at the lodge, expecting epic runs. Instead, long lift lines gave us ample time to chat and realize how much we share in common. By day’s end, exhaustion set in but so did panic as we realized Nick lost his car key somewhere in the mounds of snow. Our search through the lost and founds proved fruitless. As we waited at Chipotle for a locksmith, the sun slipped behind the peaks. We were cold and tired but we found warmth in the spark ignited between us. That day lit the flame for countless adventures: backpacking through wild landscapes, chasing fresh powder, climbing peaks, and road‑tripping thousands of miles. Through defeats and triumphs we’ve grown stronger together. Each day reminds us how blessed we are for a shared passion for the great outdoors and a love that will stand the test of time!
