Schedule

Ceremony

10:00 am - 10:30 am

The Palm House
Mrs Macquaries Rd, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

Garden attire: Think florals, suits in lighter hues, and elegant garden-party style—with a seasonal twist. Sundresses are still welcome but it’ll be late winter in Sydney, so the air might have a chill. Feel free to bring a stylish coat or wrap to stay cozy outdoors! The grass can be soft, so maybe rethink stilettos.

There will be a few light bites and beverages. Can't wait to see you there!

Reception

11:00 am - 3:30 pm

Please feel free to contact us on 0455 745 805 or francesnanders@gmail.com if you have any questions.

FAQs

Question

What kind of wedding reception should we expect?

Answer

Our reception will be an intimate gathering focused less on partying and more on meaningful conversations, heartfelt speeches, and sharing gratitude for the wonderful people who've supported us both. We’re excited to spend quality time celebrating together in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception venues, and how far apart are they?

Answer

Both our ceremony (The Palm House) and reception (Botanic House) are located within Sydney's beautiful Royal Botanic Garden. They're only about a 4-minute walk apart, so no transportation is needed between venues. We'll provide clear directions on the day to help guide you.

Question

Where can I find parking?

Answer

There are several car parks near the Garden. The closest parking can be found at the Domain Car Park located on St Marys Rd and is a 11-minute walk from The Palm House. For the Domain Carpark - Entry per vehicle per day is A$19 on Saturday (or $14 if booked online). Please see the following link for details. https://www.wilsonparking.com.au/parking-locations/new-south-wales/sydney-cbd/the-domain-car-park/

Question

How can I access the Garden by public transport
