When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 1:30 PM in order to be parked and seated in plenty of time for our 2:00 PM ceremony. The venue pathways that lead to the ceremony will close at 1:55 PM. Water, champagne, fans, and information on the day will be provided on arrival. We can't wait to celebrate our love with you!

Is there a dress code?

To complement the vibrant, garden party atmosphere of our wedding, we invite everyone to dress in colorful semi-formal attire. Ladies, think midi, tea-, or floor-length dresses, preferably in bright colors or floral patterns. Can I bring a date?

If your invitation specifies a plus one, then yes. We want to keep this intimate and focus on our favorite people: you! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you're unsure about this.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding; however, we are only able to invite the children of our immediate families.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Any and all allergies or diet restrictions can be noted on your RSVP form. We will have delicious options available for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available and free. Signage and attendants will direct you upon arrival to the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The night before the ceremony, we will have a small, very casual get-together to welcome out of town guests and spend some time together for anyone who wants to join us. Immediately following the reception, there will be In-N-Out available for all who want to partake and then an after-party at a local watering hole. A farewell brunch will be held the next day at a local breakfast spot as a final thank you, we love you, and see you later. All are welcome to one or both excursions, and your RSVP card will offer a specification to let us know your answer regarding both.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at The Viv Hotel in the city of Orange about 7 miles from the venue. Please contact the bride directly for the booking information.
