Yes! There are several beautiful trails as well as fishing and boat rentals at the lake. You can find a map of the park on the website and we will have paper maps in the cabins.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes, as long as they are included in your RSVP! If you have fun outdoor games or kids activites feel free to bring them! *please remember kids are welcome but must be watched at ALL TIMES. The venue is located in Shelby Forrest and we don’t want anyone’s child wandering into the woods alone.

Can I bring my flow props?

YES, but no fire toys.

Is there anything I should bring if I’m staying the weekend?

Answer

Snacks or things to grill if you plan on staying Sunday. Clothing-lots of layers. October can be still warm or really cold at night depending on how the weather feels this year. Fishing gear if you want to fish, shoes for hiking, swimwear if you plan on renting a boat.

So is this wedding all weekend?

Answer

The wedding is on Saturday, October 10th. You can leave afterwards or if you wish to stay overnight we have rented the entire camp (bunkers) through Sunday night but you must RSVP for lodging! Family may stay the Friday beforehand-Sunday night.
