Our story began at Winston-Salem State University, where we first met. Life would bring us back to one another more than once, but in February 2021, everything became clear. What had been unfolding over time returned with certainty, and this time, it stayed. Since then, we have built a life together in Charlotte, one shaped by faith, intention, beauty, and care. Ours is a home filled with thoughtful rituals and shared pleasures — long drives through the city, quiet evenings together, a love of design, meaningful conversation, and the steady rhythm of building something with purpose. We balance one another in the ways that matter most. Jasmine moves through the world with grace, integrity, and a rare generosity of spirit. She loves fully, brings calm where there is pressure, and carries a light that makes room for hope. Bryant brings vision, conviction, and depth, always reaching beyond what is comfortable toward what is possible. Where one offers softness, the other brings force. Where one creates order, the other invites range. Together, we have become stronger, wiser, and more whole. Our faith has anchored every season of our journey. Each Sabbath, we return to Scripture, prayer, and the presence of God, finding the perspective and strength to meet life with trust. That foundation has shaped not only how we love, but how we live. In February 2025, we got engaged, grateful for all that brought us here and full of peace about what lies ahead. We are honored to celebrate this moment with the people we love most.
