Please RSVP by Friday, August 1st, 2025. We totally understand that life gets busy! If you need a little extra time to RSVP, just let us know—we’re happy to work with you. We want to make sure everyone who wants to be there has the chance to join us.
For the ceremony: There is street parking available, though space may be limited. We recommend carpooling or using a ride-share service if possible. For the reception: There is a parking lot available at the restaurant for those who prefer to drive.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors (fingers crossed for beautiful weather!), followed by cocktails that will flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. We recommend dressing comfortably for a mix of sunshine and fresh air.
We haven’t reserved any hotel blocks, so please feel free to stay wherever works best for you. Colorado Springs has a range of great options nearby.
We recommend flying into Colorado Springs Airport (COS)—it's the closest and most convenient option. If you’re flying into Denver International Airport (DEN), please be aware there have been frequent delays due to ongoing construction. Also, plan to rent a car and drive about 1.5 hours to Colorado Springs. Safe travels, and let us know if you need help with logistics!
Garden party chic! We're keeping things stylish yet comfortable for our backyard celebration. For the gentlemen: Please wear long pants with a button-up long sleeve shirt. A blazer is optional but always a nice touch! For the ladies: We'd love to see you in a nice dress—something pretty and polished, perfect for an outdoor gathering. Dressy separates are also welcome.
If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name will appear when you RSVP. If not, we’re keeping things intimate due to limited space—thank you for understanding!
While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make this an adults-only celebration due to space limitations. We understand that traveling without children—especially to an out-of-town wedding—can be challenging, and we truly appreciate the extra effort it takes to join us. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a fun, relaxing evening, and we’re so grateful for your understanding and support.
The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM sharp. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to find your seat and settle in.
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony—we’ve hired a professional photographer to capture everything so you can be fully present in the moment.
