Our Love

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”- 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 Fernando and Swayne’s love story began in 2022 at Sagicor Bank, where their worlds first crossed. She, a poised bank teller, was struck by his ambition and composure as a Lieutenant in the JDF. Though their initial encounter was brief, fate intervened through a simple Instagram follow, intertwining their lives forever. Months later, on May 11, 2023, Fernando reached out, and his charm quickly captured her attention. Their first date on June 17, 2023, at the elegant AC Hotel, was nothing short of magical. Over fine dining and heartfelt conversation, they discovered the undeniable connection between them, setting the stage for a blossoming romance. As their relationship flourished, laughter, shared dreams, and cherished memories became the foundation of their bond. Fernando often referred to Swayne as his wife long before a ring graced her finger, a playful yet sincere nod to the future he envisioned. On January 19, 2025, at the very place where their journey began, Fernando proposed in a moment of pure joy, surrounded by their closest family and friends. Now, as they prepare to begin their forever together, Fernando and Swayne are deeply grateful for your love and support. They can’t wait to celebrate their wedding day with you and share the next chapter of their extraordinary story!
