Cocktail and Dressy Casual: Suits (or dress shirt and dress pants) and cocktail dresses. Spring colours are encouraged. Please avoid white, all black, and bright hues (e.g., bright red, neons).
Please arrive promptly between at 4:45pm as the ceremony will commence at 5:00pm.
Cocktail Hour
5:45 pm - 7:00 pm
Canapés and refreshments will be served. Guests will be called in groups for photos during this time. When you hear your name, please be ready to take photos with the bride and groom! Don't forget to head over to our unlimited photobooth to make this a memorable night!
Reception

A three course dinner will be served. Please select ONE appetizer, ONE entreé, and ONE dessert. Be sure to inform us of any food allergies and/or intolerance.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive between no later than 5:00pm. Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:15pm.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. There will be plenty of shade during both the ceremony and reception. Guests are welcomed to enjoy cocktail hour indoors to escape from the heat!

What should I wear?

Cocktail and Dressy Casual: Suits (or dress shirt and dress pants) and cocktail dresses. Spring colours are encouraged. Please avoid white, all black, and bright hues (e.g., bright red, neons). Since the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, we suggest you to dress light.

Where should I park?

There is an abundance of free public parking on McRae Avenue and at The Crescent. Please refrain from parking in Hycroft's private parking lot, as it will be reserved for vendors and immediate family on the day of our wedding.

During the day, the weather in Vancouver should be beautiful, averaging 35°C/95°F.

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them on social media. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

We are incredibly fortunate to already have all the essentials for our life together. In lieu of a traditional registry, we've decided to create a honeymoon fund. Your generous contributions will help us create unforgettable memories as we start this new chapter of our lives.
