Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love for all our guests to get dressed up with us. Formal attire is requested (black tie optional), including jackets for men and dresses for women.

Can I bring a date/guest?
Answer
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow those listed on your invite. If you received a plus one or additional guests, they will appear on your invite and when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures.

For out of town guests, a room block has been placed with the West Des Moines Marriot. A shuttle will provide two drop off options, both to and from the wedding — please speak with the concierge for details.
