Here is a little idea of what to expect over our wedding weekend! A detailed schedule will be provided in your invitations as well as in your rooms. We are so excited to celebrate with everyone! xo - P&E

Welcome Party at La Playa Hotel

Wedding Ceremony at 4:00pm
Cocktail Hour at 5:00pm

* Important Transportation Information *
On Saturday, all guests will be picked up at 3:00pm from ONLY the following locations:
La Playa Hotel
The Cypress Inn
Le Petit Pali (8th Ave / Junipero St. Location)
If you are staying in Carmel, you will need to walk (or Uber, Lyft, etc.) to one of the three pick-up locations. Transportation will also be available throughout the evening to return you to one of these locations as desired.
Please note in your RSVP where you would like to be picked up so we can provide the appropriate amount of shuttle vehicles.

WEATHER
Carmel in the Spring season will likely be in the mid-60’s during the day, but the temperature can be quite chilly in the evening. We recommend bringing a light jacket, sweater, or pashmina for our
ceremony and reception, which will be at a slightly higher altitude.
TRANSPORTATION
Rental cars are available at Monterey Regional Airport and San Jose Mineta International Airport.
Uber/Lyft are quite often used in Carmel and the surrounding areas. Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided.
You will not be allowed to drive vehicles to Santa Lucia Preserve where our wedding is taking place. For complimentary shuttle information and scheduling, please see instructions noted in our schedule (above).
