We technically met in 2017 through our mutual best friend, but funny enough, we had already crossed paths before that. For years, we were just acquaintances—exchanging the occasional hello but never really talking much. Little did we know, life had bigger plans for us. Fast forward to 2021—Ethan started a new job in Pleasant Grove, Utah. One Sunday at church, we got to talking and happened to find out that Beatrice worked in Pleasant Grove too. So, we figured, why not grab lunch together? Well, that one lunch turned into more conversations, a little social media banter, and then… full-on texting, video calls, and actual dates. Before we knew it, we weren’t just friends—we were us. We bonded over our same taste in music, Asian food, and countless conversations about anything and everything. There wasn’t a big, dramatic moment—just two people getting to know each other and realizing how much we enjoyed being together. And now? We’re getting married!
