Groom’s story

So I visited my sister at school and I met this sweet and wonderful woman there. I ask about her and she told me they shared a dormitory. She could tell I liked her, so she asked me and I responded, 'yes.' My sister would go on to send me Esther's number and encouraged me to call her. I didn't call her, especially as I did not get the number with her consent. However, their school became my favourite weekend hang-out spot. I would go and visit my sister, even on weekends that they were not allowed to receive visitors, just because I wanted to see Esther. Guys! All this while, I hadn't gathered the courage to call her on phone or to have my sister invite her to come see me when I went to visit. I convinced myself and my sister that I was studying her. Lol. Studying a woman you haven't spoken to? Ridiculous right! Lol. After two months, I finally mastered the courage and called her number; and unsurprisingly, she neither picked up nor returned my call. To be honest, this love game wasn't easy, but I didn't give up. I cannot even begin to share just how many items my sister had me buy 'supposedly' for Esther. Knowing she had accepted my gifts, I was finally ready to ask her to come and see me when next I went to visit. I received the shock of my days when I was told she said she was not in the mood to talk. That was quite confusing. That day, when I got home, I called her again and just when she heard my voice, she hanged up on me. I was officially upset! Why was this lady giving me mixed signals? She accepts my gifts and doesn't want to talk to me? Who does that? The next time I went to visit, my plan was to tell her my piece of mind, 'you don't do a brother like that.' Lol. But coincidentally, she was the first person I saw when I got to their school campus. She was the most pleasant and she gave me a warm welcome. My anger evaporated immediately as I looked at her beautiful face. I started to suspect, my sister never gave her the items she asked me to buy. Love had caused me to be duped! Lol. Nevertheless, I asked Esther if I could call her; she gave me a nod and that is how our friendship started in 2014. I guess the rest of the story is obvious! Lol I say a big thank you to my sister ( Anita)....

‎Bride’s story

I first met Ekow when I was in Junior High School. He had come to visit his sister, who was, and still is, a close friend of mine. After a few visits, i guess he started to like me, and told his sister about it. The sister relayed his intentions to me and offcourse, I rejected his proposal because I wasn't ready for a relationship at the time. One year later, we became friends. We started writing to eachother by sending letters through his sister. Then after many years of talking, we lost contact. Fast forward in 2018, we got in touch again and it has been five good years of relationship already. Cheers to the beginning of our forever! May our love be complete with the blessings of God . May joy and happiness remain our portion everyday. God bless us!
