***The last day to book a room at this special rate is September 24, 2024. Please secure your room before then.*** There is a room block for guests traveling from out of town at the Hampton Inn, which is about a 15-20 minute drive from the venue. ***Transportation will be provided for guests staying at this hotel. Pick up time for provided transportation is 4:15PM.*** There are many options for hotels/AirBnB's nearby, and Uber/Lyft services are available in the area. There is plenty of parking at the venue if you wish to drive yourself. If you wish to find your own lodging, nearby towns are Ellenton and Bradenton, as Palmetto is a very small area. Since this time of year has unpredictable weather, we recommend staying south of the Skyway Bridge to avoid dealing with bridge closures the day of the wedding. We can't wait to see you all there!

Where should we stay?
Answer
A hotel room block has been booked for guests at the Hampton Inn in Palmetto, about 20 minute drive from the venue. Please see the link above. If the rooms get booked up, there are numerous hotels/airbnbs/vrbos in the area to choose from, but they may be a bit further away from the venue.

How will we get to the wedding?
Answer
If you choose to book a room from the room block at the Hampton Inn, a transportation service will bring you to the wedding, and back to the hotel after the party. ***Pick up time for provided transportation is 4:15PM.*** If you are not staying at the Hampton Inn, you will provide your own transportation. There is plenty of parking at the venue, and Uber/Lyft services the area.

It’s close to Halloween! What should we wear?
Answer
The attire is semi-formal/formal. Darker colors encouraged, but not required. Costume/dress up is optional since it’s so close to Halloween! We love Halloween and encourage everyone’s enthusiasm! The best way to describe the theme is dark fantasy with inspiration from Tolkien novels, dungeons and dragons, with a bit of supernatural horror. We want everyone to be comfortable and have fun!

Did the recent storms impact our wedding?
Answer
We are very fortunate to report no major changes to our wedding from the devastating recent storms. We are more than understanding of guests that can no longer make it, and do not want to add further stress to anyone dealing with losses in the aftermath. We also don’t expect any gifts during this time; items or monetary. Many businesses in Palmetto/Bradenton may still be unable to re-open at this time, but St. Pete is just a 30 minute drive over the Skyway bridge, and has numerous restaurants, stores, and activities, though many outdoor parks are still unavailable. I hope we can all try to escape our recently acquired hardships to enjoy one night of fun. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.
