A wedding?? In this ECONOMY? Truly ready to marry each other but we are also gearing up for home ownership! We have solid plans to elope with Randy by our side in Corinth, Vermont on September 15th. We will host parties in both North Carolina (date TBD) and Indiana (August 2nd, see "Schedule" for more details!). We are lucky to have friends and family located all over the United States (and even some overseas!) so it just seems logical to try and celebrate with everyone we possibly can! Paint the scene. The year is 2012. A strapping, young Eric George struts down the hallway of Alexandria Monroe High School, wearing thick hipster glasses, a vintage striped sweater, and jean shorts. Chortling as he advances towards myself, an adorable blonde goob, probably humming a theater song, my eyes are instantly drawn towards him. Though he didn't notice me then, our story had unknowingly just begun. Soon Eric was coming over to my house to play Yu-Gi-Oh with my brother, Bryce, Sam, other Bryce; ya know, Da Boiz. Whenever they would play easier games, I was sure to invite myself to the table. Watching jazz band had never been so interesting. I was crushing hard but nothing ever came of it. Fast forward to the summer of 2020. Mom and Bryce were throwing a huge party and had invited everyone out to the farm. We played yard games, drinking games, watched the sunset, created a truly humongous fire, and sparked our unexpected romance. Mom and my (self-appointed;) Godmother Martha made sure I knew they hadn't seen me so happy in years. Eric was a formidable teammate in a rousing game of flip cup and quickly became my favorite teammate in this game called life. I was usually a very cautious soul but I did not hesitate when given the opportunity to move 10 hours away from everything I have ever known to pursue a life with Eric. Plus it is wayyyy warmer here. I didn't think anything could get any better but between adopting Randall Stinkypants, making more lifelong friends, and becoming engaged to my bestttt friend, I am truly living the life:) Love, Sydney

It all started in 1996... Paint the scene. The year is 1996. When Celine Dion's - "Because You Loved Me" filled the crisp air of February 19, 1996. A very young, not yet strapping Eric George was conceived. From that very moment his whole life was destined to be spent with Sydney Mikahalayeigha Montgomery. What else can I say? The pieces were set, the stars were aligned, the universe became one and now my destiny has been fulfilled. Now here; time for some a poetry. Moonlight danced upon their gaze that night, Among the stars, their hands found one another, Reveling in whispers sweet and light, Roses bloomed within their hearts so tender, Yearning grew with every fleeting glance, Moments wove a thread of love unbreakable, Endless dreams began in that sweet trance.
