🚌 Shuttle Schedule🚌 To the Ceremony: *Shuttles will run from the hotel to the venue in two waves: - First shuttle: 3:00 PM - Second shuttle: 3:30 PM ***This ensures everyone arrives in time for the 4:00 PM ceremony. Back to the Hotel: *Return shuttles from the venue will run in two waves: - First return: Around 9:00–9:30 PM - Final return: 10:00 PM To the After Party: *From the hotel - Shuttle to the after party: 10:30 PM - Return to hotel: 1:00 AM

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a night out!

What is the dress code?

Our preferred dress code is cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests that were formally invited. If your invitation does not indicate a plus one, please do not bring a guest. Thank you for your understanding.

What time should I arrive?

3:45 PM - Please make sure you arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes there is parking at the venue. There will be someone directing traffic and letting you know where to park once you arrive. There is a golf cart available for anyone needing a ride from their parking spot.

Please RSVP no later than August 10th, 2025.

Will there be transportation?
Answer
We have reserved a shuttle to bring guests from the Days Inn by Wyndham to the venue. The shuttle will depart at 3:30 PM from the hotel before the ceremony and return to the hotel at 10:00 PM. Please let us know ASAP if you are interested in using this service! Ubers/Lyfts will also be available in the area.
