Getting to Treasure Cay
Flight Information- When booking your flight(s) you will need to put in Marsh Harbour (MHH) for the airport and then rent a car (we have a recommended local company for car rentals) or get a taxi (we have people we can recommend for taxi services as well) to Treasure Cay. It is about a 35 minute drive from Marsh Harbour to Treasure Cay. Taxis’s are about $100 + tip to go from the airport in Marsh Harbour to Treasure Cay. Try not to book flights through Silver Airways. They are not a reliable carrier. Rental Information- when booking your rental for a place to stay, you will ideally want to stay in Treasure Cay. However, Marsh Harbour is not a far drive if you would like to rent a place there, that is an option. You can look for rentals through Vrbo or Airbnb. If you are looking for a rental in Treasure Cay PLEASE note and make sure the rental is actually in Treasure Cay and NOT on another island! There are several islands very close to Treasure Cay and it may say it’s 6.2 miles from Treasure Cay, but it’s on another island. If in Treasure Cay it will be around 0.1-3 miles away from Treasure Cay Center. If you need help or assistance with any flights, transportation, or rentals please reach out and let us know! We will be more than happy to help and/or give any tips/tricks we have for booking these things for Treasure Cay!

Question
Where do I eat and get groceries?
Answer
When you arrive in Marsh Harbour, there is a grocery store called Abaco Grocery. It is right next to A.G. Wines and Spirits if you would like to grab alcohol as well. This is where you will need to get the bulk of your groceries. Treasure Cay does NOT have a grocery store, but it does have a small convenient store that has some essentials. If you would like to eat out we have a few favorites that we would recommend! In Marsh Harbour we love to eat at Colors or Snappas. Colors is a more low key vibe as Snappas is more upscale attached to the yacht club. In Treasure Cay there are a few options to eat out at. For breakfast we recommend Cafe La Florence (they have the BEST sticky buns in the Bahamas). They also have lunch and dinner options with Thursday night being pizza night! Bahama Beach Club is also a great place to eat lunch and/or dinner. Lunch is laid back vibes and dinner is more upscale and you have to have reservations for their dinners. The view of the beach is unbeatable at Bahama Beach Club! Another place in Treasure Cay we love is Sunset Pizza! It is laid back with yummy pizza and drinks! They serve lunch and dinner items. For a more upscale chef inspired lunch or dinner, you can go to Treasure Sands (our venue) and grab a bite to eat on the beach!

What do you wear on the island verses the wedding?
Answer
Island attire is very casual during the day. If you plan on eating dinner at Bahama Beach Club or Treasure Sands pack something that is smart casual (for example: pants and a collared shirt, dress or skirt) For the wedding, we are asking guests to dress casual beach wedding attire.
