Phil and Camila first met in an ArtCenter class in Pasadena. Phil noticed Camila because of the unique accessories she was wearing in her hair, while Camila thought Phil looked nerdy in his baggy pants and sports sunglasses. Despite their initial impressions, they struck up a conversation about a project they could work on together, given their complementary skills. And as they say, the rest is history. Fast forward six years, and Phil and Camila are still inseparable. They have been through so many things together - from rescuing and training their beloved dog, Bahnji, to starting a successful marketing agency. They have shared so many special moments and milestones in their relationship, but what makes their love story truly special is their ability to grow together. Phil loves that Camila is an ambitious and strong woman with big dreams, while Camila loves that Phil is very intelligent and loves helping others. They share enough interests to be compatible, but also have enough differences to challenge each other and help each other grow. Of course, no relationship is perfect, and Phil and Camila have faced their share of challenges. Communication and conflict resolution were things they had to work on, but they learned to be more open and honest with each other, empathize with each other's feelings, and give each other space when needed. Despite the challenges, Phil and Camila knew they were meant to be together. And when Phil proposed to Camila on Bunker Hill in Downtown LA overlooking the city they love, it was a moment that encapsulated all the love and growth they've shared together. From their chance meeting in an ArtCenter class, to their engagement on a hilltop overlooking the city, Phil and Camila's love story is one of true partnership and growth.

Please dress in cocktail attire. The Wilshire Country Club has a dress code that includes tucked shirts with collars or mock turtlenecks for men, denim without holes/rips/tears, no shorts, and no hats. Please see their website for more information.
The ceremony will be followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing. Dinner will start with a tri-colore salad followed by the main dish of your choice served with summer vegetables and potato purée. All dishes are gluten-free and there is a vegan option available for the salad and main course. The dessert is a Basque cheesecake with macerated berries. Unfortunately, there is no vegan dessert option. While we love little ones, we have opted for an adults-only event. We look forward to celebrating with you!
