There are two small parking lots across the street from the chapel and limited parking adjacent to the chapel (reserved for those that need it). There is plenty of parking adjacent to the reception pavilion. From the website: There is limited parking directly at the chapel. Extra parking can be found across Route 534 at the Shades of Death and Sandspring trailhead. Parking must not impede any traffic. Vehicles must be parked off road surfaces.
The chapel has no restroom facilities. The nearest restroom to the chapel is a port-a-potty at the parking lot across the street for Shades of Death Trail. We will be at the chapel for less than two hours - please use the restroom before you arrive! There is a flush facility within 3 minutes walking distance of the reception Pavillion - it is labeled on the program map we will provide at our ceremony. It is also accessible by car (1 minute drive through the Pavillion Road Parking lot to the connecting Day Use Area Parking Lot and restroom facility). If needed, the Hickory Run State Park Visitor's Center is a short drive away and also has flush facilities.
Cell service is unpredictable in and around many Pennsylvania State Parks. Please download the park map before your visit.
First, please dress in what makes you comfortable. Then consider, light spring colors, neutral tones
