Over 6 years ago Skip and Emily met at a bar in the Financial District. What started as a friendly relationship as colleagues eventually evolved into a friendship and soon after, coordinated virtual Netflix watch parties from our respective couches on opposite ends of the country. Not long after, the stars aligned and an opportunity at Google presented itself and Emily booked her ticket to the sunshine state in the Bay Area. Skip and Emily started their lives with roommates in the Mission District of SF and was eventually joined by the best puppy, Pebbles Pupplita Lirag. They've been through COVID together, acquired a silly Boston Terrier named Potato Gordon Levitt and eventually made their way to north for 9-months to live with Skip's parents during lockdown and find someplace to place some roots. Each day is filled with much love and laughs (and many dog treats). Skip and Emily love to go on adventures but are equally content spending time at home together working side by side one another or chatting each other's ear off. She loves the thrill of a shopping hunt and he enjoys continual learning. They have found ways to keep their own while blending their own sense of self with one another. And while they did not have a chance to organize a proper wedding party, they are thrilled to be able to celebrate this new milestone in their lives with their family.
