They say that 80% of Willamette graduates marry other Willamette graduates, so we should have known from the start. I wish we could say it was love at first sight, but, like a fine wine or good whiskey, our friendship and subsequent relationship got better with age. We met in Doney Hall at Willamette University in 2014, and though we were not initially drawn to one another, our friend group, luckily, continued to bring us together over the next couple of years. We began dating in 2016, and not once since considered any other path but forward, together. Through our nearly nine years together we've had two graduations, lived in three states, bought our first home, sold our first home, bought our second home, adopted five animals, worked over ten different jobs, and grown as individuals separately and together. We are so honored to have you with us to officially join our families and bond our souls. You all have been an integral part of our journey, and we can't wait to share this next leap with you!
