Please RSVP by July 10, 2024. If something were to happen and you are not able to make it after this date, please contact us immediately. Confirme su asistencia antes del 1 de Julio de 2024. Si sucediera algo y no puede asistir después de esta fecha, comuníquese con nosotros de inmediato.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking in both ceremony and reception. If the parking at the reception is full, you are also able to use the hotel and cancer center parking next door. ¡Sí! Hay estacionamiento. Si el aparcamiento de la recepción está lleno, también podrá utilizar el aparcamiento del hotel y del centro oncológico de al lado.

Dress Code

Semi-Formal: Tuxes, gowns, suits and cocktail dresses are welcome. Please do not wear jeans/dress your child in casual clothes, do not wear white or anything that resembles white. Thank you. Semiformal: Los vestidos de gala, trajes y vestidos de cóctel estan bien. Favor no use ni vista a su hijo con ropa informal, no se vista de blanco ni de nada que se parezca al blanco. Gracias.

Can I bring a date?

If you wish to bring an extra person, please contact us after the RSVP deadline and we will let you know if there availability as space is limited. Thank you for respecting our wishes. Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your child/children are listed when you RSVP for your family, yes they are able to attend. If your child is under 5 years old, we do not have them listed as a guest as they will not have a chair to sit at the table, please feel free to bring in strollers/seating for your little ones. If we missed a member of your family, please contact us immediately. Si su hijo(s) estan en la lista cuando confirma su asistencia para su familia, sí, pueden asistir. Si su hijo tiene menos de 5 años, no lo tenemos incluido como invitado y no tendrá una silla para sentarse a la mesa para la cena, no dude en traer carriola/asientos para sus pequeños. Si falta un miembro de su familia, comuníquese con nosotros de inmediato.
