Guests arrive at site- 11:00 -11:10 am Bride arrives- 11:20 - 11:30 am Ceremony- 11:30 - 12:00pm Bride and Groom photos- 12:15 - 1:00pm Picnic lunch- 12:15 - 1:30 pm Group stroll through the Redwoods- 1:30 - 3:00pm Weather permitting- We'll send you the coordinates for the ceremony and picnic. After lunch we'll take a stroll through the Mariposa Grove. Please come prepared and bring some comfy walking/hiking shoes and water if you plan to go on s tootle with us after lunch. The majority of the main trail is pretty level and should be easily accessible for everyone. The Mariposa Grove can be accessed via personal vehicles or shuttle bus beginning at the Wawona Visitor Center. There is a shuttle at the end of the Mariposa Grove trail that can take you back to either the trailhead or the Wawona Visitor Center if you do not choose to do the entire out and back trail. In total it's about 3.3 miles. Please RSVP with your preferred type of sammie:)

Tour of the Main Valley

Open to anyone who would like to spend part of or all day with us as we explore some of Yosemite's most iconic sites, in the main section of the park. The drive from Wawona Village to Bridalveil Falls is about 40 minutes (22 miles). We'll meet at the cabin and carpool from there. Below is a list of the spots we'd like to hit: Briadalveil Falls El Cap Meadows Yosemite Falls Camp 4? Glacier Point- Maybe for Sunset??

The Redwoods In Yosemite
We've chosen the Redwoods as our home base for wedding festivities! The Redwoods and Wawona Village are located near the Southern entrance of the park. Guests will be split between the Wawona Campground and the cabins in The Redwoods in Yosemite. We have secured one cabin for the center of all the wedding shenanigans and if you refer to the property map (located under the "Guest Services" tab) the central cabin is number 18A. Parking space is limited and the number of cars can only match the number of rooms available at each cabin so carpooling or walking is highly encouraged:) The code YOSPRING will get you 15% off of your cabin rental.
Flight
Fresno Yosemite International
Since we will be staying near the Southern entrance of the park we recommend flying into the Fresno airport (FAT). FAT is about an hour and a half away from Wawona Village and The Redwoods in Yosemite cabins. Rocco and I will be getting into the area on April 16th and have rented a van from FAT beginning April 22nd. Parking space is limited at the cabins and moving around the park will be easier if we carpool. Depending on your flight times we'd like to assist in picking you up and dropping you back off at the airport. Send Emily your flight information as soon as you can so we can coordinate your travel plans in and out of the park:)
