4:00 pm - 4:15 pm

Semi-Formal
Ceremony starts at 4:00pm sharp, please arrive early to find parking and seating. NO PHONES during the ceremony, a professional photographer will be attending to capture these moments. The first row on either side is reserved for immediate family, all other seating is open. Facing the arch, the left hand side is the grooms side and the right hand side is the brides side. Any questions on where to sit please ask DJ Paul.
Cocktail Hour
4:15 pm - 5:30 pm
Grab a drink and enjoy some pre-wedding snacks! Family and wedding party will take photos directly after the ceremony and head down to the reception for grand entrances! Bride and Groom will have their first dance towards the end of the cocktail hour.
Dinner
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Enjoy a buffet style dinner that features a variety of foods! Fig Tree Catering Co will be serving fire grilled Tri-tips, pesto chicken, parmesan red potatoes, Pear/fig pecan salad with balsamic vinaigrette, mixed vegetables, and rolls.
Toasts
6:30 pm - 6:50 pm
Time for the toasts from friends & family! Pre- selected individuals will have speeches/toasts ready.
Cake Cutting & Dessert served
7:00 pm - 7:59 pm
Please enjoy cupcakes from our favorite place in Reno! Batch cupcakery will be providing an assortment of cupcakes to choose from. Vegan lemon, Dark cacao chocolate dipped in ganache, Vanilla, and Blueberry!
After Party
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Time to party & shake some booty!! We will be ending the night dancing away with a drink in our hands!

Where do I park?

Upon entering through the gate of the venue, parking is alongside the fence on your left.

Where do I sit?

For the ceremony: Only the first row of seats on either side are designated for family members, all other seating is open. For the reception: we will have assigned seating with table numbers & name cards.

Semi-formal attire. Since it will be mid October, the weather here in Reno may be chilly, please bring a jacket and extra layers.

Only the kids that are participating in our wedding ceremony are allowed. Although we love your children, we ask you to consider this a night off to let loose and have some fun!
