What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 18th, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. We invite you to arrive at 4:00 pm for pre-ceremony libations but ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only accommodate those on the formal invitations. Thank you for understanding!

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate anyone under the age of 21 – thank you for your understanding.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is garden party semi-formal. With it being a late Summer wedding, colors and florals are welcome. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Emily and she would be happy to help! :)

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We would prefer that our family and friends be fully present in the moment with us. We ask that our guests silence their phones and refrain from using them during the ceremony. Our professional photographers and videographer will take care of the coverage. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos after the ceremony during the reception!

Is there parking onsite? Can I leave my car overnight?
Answer
There is plenty of parking at Appleford for our guests. Parking overnight is not permitted. Please plan accordingly and drive responsibly!

Are the ceremony and reception taking place at the same location?
Answer
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Appleford Estate in Villanova, PA.
Question
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place on the estate grounds, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will be inside the house and outdoors in the garden, followed by dinner and dancing under the tent. The house will be accessible throughout the night for photos, breathers, mingling, etc.
