Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Formal attire required, and bright colors recommended! Long or midi length dresses for women, and suit with dress shoes for men
Please arrive early to the ceremony, as we will begin promptly at 5:30pm. See FAQ for bus transportation information. Cocktail hour will follow. Reception will begin around 7:15pm. Then dinner and dancing with live music to help us celebrate!

Located on the southeast side of the city of Austin, about a 50 minute drive, traffic depending, to Camp Lucy and the hill country area. Rental cars and ride share options are easily accessible

Our favorite dinner spot in Dripping Springs! Reservations required for Friday night (be sure to book far in advanced). They also have an amazing Saturday and Sunday brunch
Rolling in Thyme & Dough
A cute and simple cafe for coffee, pastries, breakfast and lunch! Another one of our favorites near Camp Lucy. Closed on Sundays
Abby Jane Bakeshop
A favorite bakery of ours in Dripping Springs. Stop by to get fresh baked bread, pastries, treats and coffee
Hamilton Pool Preserve
Another great hiking area in the Hill Country with natural water preserves, often times with swimming. Advanced reservation required.
Pedernales Falls State Park
One of our favorite hiking spots located about 20 minutes outside Dripping Springs. Day passes are $6/person, and recommended to reserve in advance for weekends
Treaty Oak Distillery
Our favorite place to day drink in Dripping Springs with some beautiful scenery. Whiskey and non-whiskey cocktails offered, as well as tours and tasting experiences. Live music on weekends. Reservations not required

Question
Will transportation be provided on the wedding day?
Answer
Yes! We highly recommend utilizing provided transportation to and from the block hotel. Ubers and Lyfts are not easily accessible in this area. And the drive to and from the venue can be difficult with minimal street lighting at night. We also want our guests to celebrate with us, and not stress about getting home safely

Can I utilize the buses to and from the wedding if I’m not staying at the block hotels?
Answer
Yes! We still recommend it. However, you will be unable to park at the block hotels due to risk of towing. We recommend parking at the H-E-B across the street. Ubers and Lyfts are also more easily accessible from this part of Dripping Springs

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
We encourage all guest to arrive 15-20 minutes before the start time, as we will begin promptly at 5:30pm. You can enjoy live music, refreshments, and the beautiful scenery while you wait!

Will the wedding day events be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors, under the stone arch. Cocktail hour will be under the pergola and great lawn, with an indoor area for air conditioning. The reception dinner and dancing will be indoors
