Dress code is funky formal! Be as colorful and bright as possible with fun, and unique outfits. We have attached some inspiration as well as wedding colors in our FAQs if you'd like to include any of those shades. If you think something is too much, it's not! We want to be seeing outfits, accessories, and shoes never seen before. Just have fun and feel like your most beautiful self :)
Ceremony 5:00 - 6:00 * Please arrive 30+ minutes prior to the start of the ceremony Game/Cocktail Hour 6:00 - 7:00 *We will be having LOTS of fun games during this time period. Some tailored towards drinking, and others will be to include guests more interested in the classic cocktail hour. 7:00-10:30 Dinner and dancing!

The Bristol Hotel
This is where we have a hotel block. There will be stand King and stand 2 Queen rooms available under our name for a discounted rate. There will be a minimum of 20 rooms available for the hotel block.
Flight
Tri - Cities (TRI)
Tri - Cities (TRI) is the closest airport to fly into. It is about 20 - 25 minutes away from the hotels, and wedding venue.
Hotel
The Sessions Hotel, Bristol, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
We also have a secondary hotel block at the Sessions Hotel. We will have 15 rooms available from September 2nd, 2027 to September 7th, 2027. You must call to reserve at the Sessions Hotel. Transportation will ONLY be available from the Bristol Hotel. However, it is a 3 minute drive and a 9 minute walk between the two hotels.

Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Not *officially* however we want you to dress in bold and bright colors if able! Dress in whatever makes you feel the most beautiful on that day. We have included a picture of our wedding color palette if you would like to include any of those colors. Try to incorporate bold colors, and unique designs we have never seen before! Additionally we will be getting married on a farm where the grass may be soft, and there will be areas of grave. This can make walking in certain shoes difficult so choose footwear wisely, or bring an extra pair of shoes that you don't mind getting muddy.

We ask that unless your RSVP designates a plus one, you not bring any additional plus ones as we have limited space.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We are having a kid free celebration. We ask unless your little one has been specifically invited by us, that they not be in attendance at our event.

What shoes are best?
Answer
We will be getting married on a farm, so there will be soft grass and gravel. Keep this in mind when picking footwear.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure a timely start. The farm can be slightly difficult to locate if you are driving yourself, so allocate extra time for parking.

We will have a hotel block at the Bristol Hotel, VA. We have standard King and standard 2 Queen rooms available at a discounted rate under our wedding name with the Bristol Hotel. Reservations for the block start in October, 2026.
