Welcome event will be held at Emme on Fire (outdoor restaurant). Come with your best Tim & Elle speech, story or toast! Bring a jacket. OPEN BAR HOURS: 6pm-9pm Post Rehearsal Dinner: optional karaoke - drinks charged to your room

DAY OF THE WEDDING
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Breakfast is included everyday from 7:30 to 10:30 in the main restaurant. The wedding ceremony seating begins at 5:00pm. In the meantime, consider checking out the spa (book in advance), joining our morning yoga class at 11:00am, e-bike rentals and much more. For more options, check out the "experiences" section on Immerso's website. LUNCH: Lunch is not included. If you'd like to eat lunch at Immerso hotel please make reservations. Due to a small kitchen, max occupancy is 10 people in 30 minute increments. We encourage you to check out the town of Ribamar.
Ceremony/Reception

Attire: semi-formal but feel free to go crazy with a tuxe or a gown!
The ceremony will be held on the pool deck. Please avoid using your phone during the ceremony. SEATING is from 5:00-5:30 Ceremony will begin around 5:30 The suggested color palette is a variety of greens, browns, blues, grays, neutrals as well as pastel/spring colors. Avoid flashy colors, but it's not that serious, 😁 wear what you want. After the ceremony, there will be cocktails and appetizers while Tim, Elle and the wedding party take photos. COCKTAIL HOUR OPEN BAR: 6:30pm-8:30pm Dinner: 8:30pm-10:00pm Wine & select drinks available - no open bar. Cake cutting- 10pm Reception/dancing will follow in the main building. 💃 🎊🥂 OPEN BAR: 10:30PM-12:30AM After 12:30 remaining drinks will be charged to your room. *late night snack at 12:00AM*

Attire: Beachy (linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses).
Brunch is at Emme on Fire (outdoor restaurant). Check out is at 12:00pm but you are welcome to stay at the brunch until 2pm. For the early risers, coffee is available in your room and breakfast will be served as normal in the main restaurant (7:30-10:30).

Flight
Lisbon airport (LIS)
The Immerso Hotel is a 30-40 minute drive from the airport. Uber or a rental car is recommended. Exiting the Lisbon airport and city an be a bit hectic but once outside the city, driving is friendly.
