You are more than welcome to book whichever 3-nights work best for you (Including November 2--OF COURSE) Feel free to add additional days before or after to extend your stay in the beautiful Excellence Riveria Canun Resort in Quintana Roo, Mexico!

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Answer

Absolutely! We are getting married in Mexico. A passport valid until at least May 2025 is required for everyone. If your passport will expire before May 2025, please renew ASAP. If you do not already have a passport, it's time to order NOW! There have been significant delays in passport processing lately. We highly encourage you not to wait, and to submit your application ASAP. Please don't let procrastination cause you to miss this momentous occasion!

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

The Excellence Riveria Cancun is an Adults-Only (18+) Resort. Children are not permitted on the resort property.

CAN WE STAY AT A DIFFERENT RESORT?

Answer

If you wish to attend our wedding, you must stay at the Excellence Riveria Cancun. The resort requires that ALL wedding guests stay on the property and we would LOVE to have you there to celebrate.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO RSVP?

Answer

RSVP by going to the bottom of the page and filling out our RSVP form! After that, you may place your $1 (yes, ONE dollar) FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit on your room for your stay. Please see the "How do I Book" FAQ for more information on this. This will effectively lock in the resort room rate for you and give us an idea of how many people plan to attend, so we can start planning.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

The deadline is July 12, 2024. If you do not RSVP by then we will assume you will not be attending. If there's even a sliver of a chance you can celebrate with us, we encourage you to RSVP and then put down a $1 deposit to hold your room with our group code (ESWOCT24XRC) ASAP as this resort does not have room blocks and is first come first serve.

WHEN ARE FINAL PAYMENTS DUE

Answer

All rooms need to be paid in full by OCTOBER 1, 2024, this is per the resort/travel agent and cannot be changed. If you find out before the final payment deadline that you are no longer able to make it, your deposit (OR full room amount-if paid) will be returned. We ask that you please pay the full room amount at your convenience to avoid financial difficulty when the weekend is near.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WHEN BOOKING MY RESORT STAY?

Answer

The resort is all-inclusive meaning all of your food and drinks for your entire trip are included in the price of the room.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE EXCELLENCE RIVIERA CANCUN RESORT FOR A SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF TIME?

Yes, the resort has a 3-night minimum. You may add additional nights before and after if you would like!

HOW SHOULD I COORDINATE RESORT ROOMS WITH OTHER GUESTS?

Answer

Feel free to self-organize room arrangements with others who are attending. The deposit is $1 per room - please include everyone's name that will be in your room when making a reservation. Also, it's easier to book a room now and cancel rather than book an additional room later, at potentially a higher cost than our group rate with the code given. HOW DO WE BOOK OUR ROOM?

FIRST, please RSVP. That is found at the bottom of the page. There is a link provided under the 'Booking & Travel' tab where you are able to book your rooms under the group rate that we have reserved. Please follow the steps after clicking the link: 1. Select your Check-in and Check-out dates, Number of guests, and add the Promo Code. (ESWOCT24XRC) 2. Click “CHECK AVAILABILITY” 3. Make sure you get the message: “Promotional code applied” 4. Select the room/suite you would like to reserve and click "add" 5. In the comments box, please add the promo code AGAIN. 6. Complete your booking for $1, and that is all. ***You MUST use our link provided AND enter the promotional code (ESWOCT24XRC)--also provided in the 'Booking & Travel' tab to ensure you are a part of our wedding group! If you do not use the link AND use the group code, you will not be a part of our guest list.
