We’re getting married!

Our story is ever-changing, ever-growing. In the spring of 2024, Ani and I met while dancing with Jesus in ministry. What began as an invitation bloomed into friendship with voice memos, long texts, and FaceTimes that felt like home, closing the distance. Eventually, I booked my first flight to see Ani. There, within shared laughter and movie scenes, over meals that felt sacred, under skies heavy with stars and wonder we discovered how deeply our hearts echo love for each other In each other’s eyes, we began to see the same beauty of fascination, holy desire, pursuit, and love that had first captivated us in Jesus. As we closed the distance and have begun building a life together in her small Minnesota town, we realized that Jesus has been faithfully building something in us an honest home. Our story is being molded, formed, and re-formed by the hands of a loving creator. A creator that loves us so deeply He is unwilling to let us stay the same. Our story has seen love grow fond in all the small places. Through butterflies, paint, dancing, nature, worship, prayer, laughter, stars, food, movies, and long facetime calls. We have begun the journey of discovering who we are. Like caterpillars becoming butterflies, our story is still unfolding. But we are so grateful that through all the changes in life we have grown with you. Our story has been grafted together by you, the person receiving and reading this letter. You have helped form and fashion our story to where we are now, two becoming one. We are grateful, and honor your presence in our lives.
