Two shy strangers went on their very first date to Santa’s Ranch in New Braunfels Texas. After that first date, the rest is history. They fell madly in love and never left each others side. On November 1st 2024, Eric thoughtfully & romantically planned to recreate our very first date and asked me to go to Santa’s Ranch. Completely unaware of his plan, he stopped at a castle light installation and I remarked how it resembled our future wedding venue. He stopped the car and asked “will you join me at the castle?” I replied “I don’t think we’re allowed to do this..”. As we walked towards the castle Eric got down on one knee and nervously asked me to be his wife, without hesitation I said “yes!” The easiest decision of my life.
