Can we take/post pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask that pictures not be taken during our event and that none are posted afterwards. We will have our photographer taking pictures throughout the day which will be available to view after the fact. Thank you for respecting our privacy and making our day memorable!

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

A bit of both. Our ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting along with a cocktail hour outdoors while pictures are being taken. We will then be eating dinner and dancing indoors.

What should we wear?

Answer

There is no dress code. September in Colorado is typically mild but temperatures can drop in the evening. We would suggest bringing layers and being prepared in the event of rain or sudden cold temperatures.

I have a food allergy/preference, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, our caterers offer gluten free and vegan options for the meals and the desserts. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large dirt parking lot to the left of the event center which can accommodate everyone.

Are plus one's welcome?

Answer

Yes, for individuals who were sent a sole invitation a plus one is welcome. Please let us know who you will be bringing when you rsvp.

Can outside food or alcohol be brought in?

Answer

No. In order to remain in compliance with our venues food and alcohol licenses we require that no food or drink be brought in. We will have plenty!
