Standard rate of $180 per night for two queen beds, an extra rollaway bed is an additional $15 a night. Parking is $12 a night and there is a complimentary shuttle from RDU airport if you are flying! Breakfast is not included unless you choose to stay on a “club floor” where they have the club lounge, there you can get free breakfast, afternoon drinks, and refreshments. There is a bar and restaurant on site as well as an outdoor pool.

The average for a room with a king bed and sofa bed (the “studio sofa bed” room) is $139 at standard price per night and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The standard rate for two double beds is $169 per night but there is no kitchen, only a fridge and microwave. Breakfast is complimentary! There is also a restaurant and a pool on site. Parking is $10 a day unless you become a Hyatt member, then it is free. There is a complimentary shuttle to and from Raleigh-Durham airport as well.
